5月6日下午，北美非寿险精算学会前主席Mr.Robert Conger来到外围买球app下载，为中国精算研究院的师生作了题为“Opportunities for Actuaries in Non-Life Insurance”的学术报告。报告内容主要包括以下几个方面：

（1）The non-life insurance industry operates in an environment of continual change.

（2）The scope and pace of the change means that the job of the casualty actuary also faces constant change.

(3) How this environment of change is creating opportunities for actuaries in non-life insurance.

Mr.Robert Conger 曾作为精算顾问任职于全球知名咨询公司Towers Perrin，在定价、准备金、营运管理、财务分析、再保险结构、并购、战略管理及商业诉讼等方面为许多大型保险公司、基金公司及行业管理机构提供了专业性的解决方案，积累了丰富的咨询经验。此前他曾在American Mutual Liability Insurance Company group和Massachusetts Rating Bureaus就职。Mr. Robert Conger是北美非寿险精算学会、美国精算学会和加拿大精算学会的会员，英国精算师学会的名誉会员，并曾被任命为北美非寿险精算学会主席团成员和执行副主席、北美非寿险精算学会主席等。
